Mobile Legal Clinic: Berryessa Library

In a partnership with the San Jose Public Library, SIREN is providing free legal consultations on the third Thursday of each month at a different public library in San Jose.*

SIREN will have an attorney and a Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) accredited representative to give free legal consultation to individuals with immigration questions or concerns. We can help you read legal documents, check for eligibility for immigration benefits, and explain the immigration process and how to navigate it. 

Drop ins are always welcome.  It’s first come, first serve. Service are available in English, Spanish and Vietnamese.

*Please note there will be NO consultations in our office during this time. 

Examples of services we can provide:

  • Apply for US citizenship
  • Apply/Renew Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival
  • Receive information about DACA+ and DAPA
  • Renew your green card
  • Petition for family members
  • Apply for a work permit
  • Request an FBI background check
  • Answer your immigration questions.. and more.

Podemos ayudarle a leer sus documentos, comprobar su elegibilidad para beneficios de inmigración, y explicar el proceso de inmigración y cómo navegarlo. No se necesita cita.
