CITIZENSHIP WORKSHOP

Protect Your Family, Your Community, Your Future – Become a Citizen! 

TWO LOCATIONS AVAILABLE:

  1. San José City College Tech Building, (Corner of S. Bascom Ave & Moorpark Ave), 600 South Bascom Avenue,
  2. St. Francis Center, 7950 Church St., Gilroy, CA 95020

The New Americans Campaign project is holding a Citizenship Workshop on Saturday, April 26, 2014. The Citizenship Workshop will be at San Jose City College,  Tech Building (corner of S. Bascom and Moorpark Ave.), 600 South Bascom Ave., San Jose, CA 95128 from 9 AM to 4 PM. During the workshop, we will assist lawful permanent residents with the naturalization process. We are recruiting community members, attorneys, paralegals, translators, law students, high school and college students to volunteer for the event.


YOU WILL RECEIVE 

  • FREE orientation on how to become a U.S. Citizen.
  • FREE financial assistance information for the USCIS application fee. 
  • FREE Referral to ESL and Citizenship Classes. 
  • FREE initial legal assessment, if necessary. 
  • QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS will receive: Assessment of Eligibility, Citizenship Application Assistance, 
  • Referral to ESL and Citizenship Classes, 100 USCIS Citizenship Interview Questions
